Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ArchAI (AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR), the AI Home Planner 3D app for iPhone and iPad, and the website https://www.home-planner.app. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are at ArchAI

The service is provided by Rocket Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@rocketdigital.ltd.

2. What ArchAI is — and is not

ArchAI is a home planning app. It helps you create floor plans, scan rooms with LiDAR on compatible devices, measure in AR, plan furniture, estimate renovation materials, and generate visual interior concepts.

ArchAI is not an architect, engineer, surveyor, or contractor. Plans, scans, measurements, AI layouts, renovation figures, and interior images are planning aids. They are not construction drawings, permits, certified surveys, or contractor quotes. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for structural work, purchases you cannot return, or legal property descriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country. The app is not directed at children under 13. You need iOS 17 or later. LiDAR scanning requires a compatible LiDAR-equipped iPhone or iPad.

4. Accounts

You may use many features without an account. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, you are responsible for the credentials you use. You may delete your account in the app. Purchases are tied to Apple’s App Store account and may survive sign-out as described in the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

ArchAI can be downloaded at no charge. Optional Pro features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions or a lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Apple processes payment. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases is available in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break rate limits, upload content you do not have the right to use, or upload images of people without permission. Do not use AI outputs as if they were stamped architectural documents.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, scans, and plans you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request (for example, generating a layout or an interior concept). We do not claim ownership of your home designs.

8. AI features

AI floor plans, room detection, layout ideas, and interior renders can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every result. AI-generated layouts are planning concepts, not architectural or construction drawings.

9. Measurements

LiDAR and AR measurements vary with device, lighting, and how you capture the space. Confirm critical dimensions with a physical measuring tool before you cut, order, or build.

10. Intellectual property

The ArchAI name, logo, app, and this website are owned by Rocket Digital Ltd or its licensors. Apple, iPhone, iPad, LiDAR, App Store, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.

11. Website

The website is provided for information and to link to the App Store. We may change content without notice. App Store badges use campaign parameters so we can tell which page a download started from.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The app and website are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect measurement accuracy, furniture fit, or that AI images will match a finished room.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for renovation, furniture, or moving costs incurred after using the app. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for ArchAI in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The date above will change when we do. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rocket Digital Ltd, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
