Plan Check is an automatic layout review. It flags overlapping furniture, blocked doors, furniture outside rooms, tight clearance, blocked windows, doors or windows that are not on a wall, uncalibrated photos, and unusual sizes. It is a planning check, not building-code validation.

Yes. When iCloud sync is on, scans, floor plans, homes, designs, projects, and notes can sync across your devices. You can turn sync off in Settings.

The app is localized in 13 languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese variants. Measurement units follow your region in the floor planner.
