This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use ArchAI (AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR), the AI Home Planner 3D iPhone and iPad app, and the website https://www.home-planner.app.

2. Information we collect on this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Vercel) may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and the page you requested. This is needed to deliver and secure the site.

3. Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregated page views and device types. The tool is designed to work without advertising cookies and without identifying you as an individual.

4. Google Analytics

If enabled through environment configuration, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. IP anonymization is requested where available. Google may process data on servers outside your country. We only load Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured.

5. Meta Pixel

If enabled through environment configuration, this website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance on Meta platforms. We only load the pixel when a pixel ID is configured. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to data processed by Meta.

6. App Store click events

When you tap an Apple App Store badge, we may record a custom event named iOS_App_Store_Click in Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel. The event includes the button placement on the page. Apple is responsible for data processed after you leave this website and enter the App Store.

7. Information in the ArchAI app

You can use many planning features without creating an account. If you sign in, we receive the details you provide through Sign in with Apple, Google, or email (such as name and email address).

The app stores room scans, floor plans, photos you choose to upload, notes, shopping lists, and AI design results on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, those files sync through your Apple iCloud account under Apple’s terms. If you use cloud AI features, selected photos or plan images are sent to our processors solely to generate the result you requested.

8. Measurements, camera, and microphone

LiDAR scans, AR measurements, and room photos stay under your control. We do not sell your room scans. Camera, LiDAR, and microphone access (for on-device note dictation) are used only for the feature you open and can be revoked in iOS Settings.

9. Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through RevenueCat. We receive entitlement status, not your full payment card number.

10. Advertising in the app

Free users may see a rewarded ad while an AI render is already running. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We do not use your floor plans as ad creative.

11. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us host, analyze, and operate ArchAI (for example Vercel, Google, Meta, Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase, and AppsFlyer). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

12. How long we keep information

Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings. App content you delete is removed from active use, subject to backup cycles. Account deletion removes server-side uploads, generations, and profile data associated with that account.

13. Your choices

You can limit tracking in iOS Settings, refuse optional analytics cookies in your browser where the vendor provides a control, and email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. You may also have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws depending on where you live.

14. Children

ArchAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
